Participation Requirements

For schools to participate with the CT Virtual Learning Center, their districts must first agree to the Terms and Conditions of this program. Once the district has been signed up and has designated funds for their schools to draw down on, the schools must then appoint a staff person(s) to take on the roles of Online Learning Coordinator (OLC) and Mentor. OLC's will then be able to enroll students from their desks tops.

Any student enrolled in a CT public school can take a CT Virtual Learning course as they meet the following criteria:

• Meet with your guidance counselor to select appropriate courses for your academic plan.
• Read and understand the Online Success and What To Expect sections and go through the Online Learning Orientation Tool.
• Review the system requirements.
